Eligibility

Treatment Credit Conditions

The $850 treatment credit is applied only upon commencement of a full orthodontic treatment plan (braces or clear aligners).

Not redeemable for:

• Diagnostic records
• Retainers
• Repairs
• Partial treatments
• Whitening or any non-orthodontic services
• No cash value.
• Not transferable.

Consultation & Simulation

The free consultation and 3D simulation do not guarantee eligibility for all treatment options.

Final treatment recommendations are at the discretion of the treating orthodontist.

The clear braces upgrade applies to upper arch only.

Price Lock Guarantee

The quoted treatment fee at the time of the consultation will be honoured until 29 February 2026.

If treatment has not commenced by this date, standard 2026 fees may apply.

Non-Combination Clause

This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, referral credits, or family pricing.

Cancellations / No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice may result in the offer being withdrawn at the practice’s discretion.
